To ensure this, we require each consultant to complete a profile including their qualifications, which verifies their expertise in key HR disciplines and tools. We want to see how our experts be themselves and to gauge their problem-solving abilities, business acumen, subject matter expertise, and most importantly, their communication skills. Our standard is high, and we only accept HR consultants whom we would confidently hire ourselves.

We have a no subscription fee model. However, when a consultant is engaged under a contract with a company, the consultant will pay 12.5% fee for sourcing the work and the company will pay a 2.5% processing fee.
